This project involved the fit-out of both a commercial office space and a warehouse. The scope included high-end lighting products, smart automation systems, a smart WiFi HVAC system, advanced security solutions, and a comprehensive WiFi and data network installation throughout the facility. 

Scope Details

  1. Design & Planning: 

  • Designed a lighting layout for both office and warehouse spaces, incorporating high-end lighting products for optimal performance. 

  • Integrated smart automation systems for lighting, HVAC, and other utilities in both areas. 

  • Planned and designed a WiFi and data network infrastructure to support the entire office and warehouse. 

  1. Office Lighting Installation: 

  • Installed linear lighting in the reception and main office areas for functional and stylish illumination. 

  • Installed deep baffle recessed downlights for efficient, glare-free illumination. 

  • Installed LED strip lighting in feature areas such as the exposed timber staircase, recessed hallway lighting, kitchen, and display shelving. 

  1. Warehouse Lighting Installation: 

  • Installed LED highbays with built-in motion sensors for energy-efficient lighting in warehouse areas. 

  • Installed external floodlights on smart automation timers to ensure proper illumination for security and energy savings. 

  1. Smart Automation & HVAC: 

  • Integrated smart lighting controls for energy efficiency and automation in both office and warehouse spaces. 

  • Installed a smart WiFi HVAC system for temperature control and automation, ensuring comfort and energy savings. 

  1. WiFi & Data Network Installation: 

  • Installed a comprehensive WiFi network throughout the office and warehouse to ensure full coverage and connectivity. 

  • Set up a secure data network to support office operations, communication, and digital systems. 

  1. Security Systems: 

  • Installed a comprehensive security system, including access control for entry points and gates. 

  • Set up security cameras for monitoring key areas of the office and warehouse. 

  • Installed gate automation for secure and seamless access control. 

  1. Digital Signage: 

  • Provided and installed digital signage screens in key locations for company announcements and directions. 

  • Integrated the signage system with office scheduling and communication tools. 

  1. Testing & Commissioning: 

  • Tested all lighting, HVAC, automation, data network, and security systems to ensure proper operation and integration. 

  • Commissioned smart systems to ensure efficiency and ease of use across both office and warehouse areas. 

  1. Post-Installation Support: 

  • Delivered training to the client’s maintenance team on the operation and upkeep of the lighting, HVAC, security, and data systems. 

  • Provided ongoing support and warranty on all systems.
