Commercial – Mildura West School Refurb

This project involved a detailed refurbishment of Block D at Mildura West Primary School. A key aspect of the project was liaising with the school staff, the commercial builder, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery with minimal disruption to the students and school activities. Given the active school environment, careful planning and coordination were required to work around school hours, ensure safety protocols, and maintain a secure environment for students, staff, and contractors throughout the works. Regular communication and updates were provided to ensure that all parties were aligned and that the project met safety, schedule, and quality standards.
