Founded in 2017 by Jake Hill-Ford, JAAZ Electrical began as a one-person operation built on hard work, honesty, and a passion for quality service. In 2018, Jake partnered with his close mate Aaron, and together they strengthened the company’s foundations and reputation. Although Aaron stepped away from the business in 2023, he and Jake remain the best of mates, and the business continues to grow under Jake’s sole leadership.
From our beginnings as a small local operation to becoming a trusted name throughout the region, JAAZ Electrical remains focused on honest service, strong relationships, and workmanship you can count on.
Jake is a true local, the fifth generation of his family to live in the Sunraysia region.
He now lives locally with his wife and three daughters and is passionate about the people he works with, the wellbeing of his team and supporting the community that has long supported him.
Before establishing JAAZ Electrical, Jake completed his trade with two well-respected local electrical companies. Across his electrical career, Jake has gained extensive experience in residential, commercial, and industrial work, including maintenance, project delivery, and level 2 services. This diverse background enables JAAZ Electrical to offer a wide range of dependable solutions tailored to local needs.
Jake doesn’t just consider JAAZ Electrical as a business — it’s part of the community. And we’re here to support Sunraysia for generations to come.
Since joining JAAZ Electrical in 2022, Tom has become an integral part of our leadership team, progressing through the ranks to his current role as Operations Manager. Tom plays a key role in keeping our projects running smoothly, our schedules on track, and our technicians supported and organised — a skillset that has made him invaluable to both our team and our clients.
Originally from South Australia, Tom now proudly calls Mildura home, where he lives with his wife and two daughters. His strong work ethic, friendly approach, and commitment to quality make him a natural fit within our family-oriented business.
Tom brings specialist expertise in solar and HVAC, along with a practical, solutions-focused mindset that ensures every project is delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Whether he’s coordinating teams, managing workflows, or ensuring clients receive exceptional service, Tom is the steady hand that keeps JAAZ Electrical moving.
Saige is the backbone of our management team and the friendly voice you’ll hear when you call the JAAZ Electrical office. As our Office Manager, Saige keeps the schedule running smoothly, ensures every call is answered, and keeps our clients informed and supported. She is the steady force behind the scenes, making sure everything ticks along exactly as it should.
Saige brings a wealth of experience to the role, having grown up in a well-respected local plumbing family where she began her career early, assisting with office administration and learning the ins and outs of the trade industry from a young age.
She’s also no stranger to hands-on work — Saige has spent time in the mining sector working both on the tools and in Work Health and Safety roles, showcasing her versatility and strong work ethic.
Driven by a passion for travel and adventure, Saige spent two years exploring Australia with her partner before eventually returning home to Mildura. We’re incredibly fortunate that her journey led her to JAAZ Electrical, where her organisation, dedication, and upbeat approach play a huge role in our success.
